Fans, leagues and the tournament gate

Checked

Fans are the gate. Wins bring them, tournaments need them, and the only number we have measured is about 31 fans per win against a spoke gate of roughly 200. That is seven wins of margin — an estimate, not a published rule.

Stage 1: win matches and watch the fan counter

The game hub with the fans counter, the AMATEUR rank label and the daily quests panel

The captured hub: 183 FANS and the AMATEUR rank sit above the daily quests, which pay $3,000 for two wins and $2,500 for six goals.

Every win pays coins and adds fans. The fan counter sits in the top corner of the interface next to your club badge; one captured screen read 183 FANS with the rank AMATEUR beneath the club name.

The match itself is where the fans come from, and the formations page is where you decide whether your five cards can actually hold a shape. Winning is the input; there is no purchase that jumps the gate.

Success signal: the counter moves after a win. If it does not move, the match did not count.

Stage 2: cross the tournament threshold

The bottom bar has a TOURNAMENTS entry. In the recorded session, the player described needing about 200 fans before a tournament would accept an entry, then played matches to get there.

Run your own numbers through the fan tracker — it takes your current counter and the gate you are aiming at. At the observed rate, seven wins would add 217 fans. Treat that sentence as arithmetic on one observation, not as a rule the game publishes:

At the observed gain of 31 fans, seven wins would add 217 fans. That is an estimate, not a confirmed unlock requirement.

Success signal: the tournament entry becomes available. What the entry screen says, and whether it costs coins, is not in our capture — read it on your screen.

Stage 3: climb the league

The official description confirms the climb: win matches, earn money and fans, and move up through the leagues. The interface shows a rank label under the club badge (AMATEUR in the capture).

What is confirmed is that a rank exists and that the game describes a climb. What is not confirmed is the list of divisions, the promotion condition, or whether a season resets anything. This page will not print a division list it has not seen.

Success signal: the rank label under your club badge changes. That is the only promotion evidence we can point at.

Blockers to expect

  • A draw or loss stalls the counter. Fans come from wins, so a run of losses delays the gate without any way to buy it back.
  • Your squad gets thinner while training. A training player cannot play, which is the most common reason a winnable run turns into a losing one; the training guide covers the check.
  • Coins and fans are separate. Buying a card does not move the fan counter, and a high fan count does not pay for a signing. The money guide keeps the coin side straight.

What to read on your own screen

Three numbers are worth writing down whenever you finish a session: your fan count, your rank label, and whether the tournament entry is open. Together they replace every guess this page had to make about the threshold.
